“The Leader in the Information (Digital)”
Air Marshal Dr. Thanaphan Raicharoen, Commissioner of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), graciously delivered a special lecture on the topic “The Leader in the Information (Digital) Age” on Thursday, April 3, 2025, to the students of the Air War College, Class 59.
The objective of the lecture was to enhance the vision and capabilities of senior leaders. The session covered key topics including the essential mindset for modern leaders to understand the past, be aware of the present, and keep pace with the future as well as the role of digital technologies such as 5G, IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity in organizational leadership.
The lecture also addressed the challenges of Digital Disruption and the need for agile adaptation, preparing the students to become the capable leaders of the Royal Thai Air Force In the future
