Air War College Welcomes Air Marshal Washirasak Pusit for Lecture on “Military Leadership”
The Air War College was honored to welcome Air Marshal Washirasak Pusit, former Deputy Director of the Directorate of Education and Training, and former Commandant of Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Thai Air Force Academy, as a guest speaker. He delivered a lecture on the topic "Military Leadership" to the 59th class of Air War College students on Monday, April 21, 2025.
The lecture focused on essential leadership qualities required in the modern era, including being a role model, making principled decisions, managing personnel effectively, and adapting to rapidly changing situations and technologies. And also emphasized strategic leadership development in times of change, highlighting the importance of having foresight, a clear vision, and the ability to lead organizations toward success grounded in integrity and military discipline. He also underscored the role of leaders in inspiring others and fostering unity within the team.
