Air War College Welcomes Air Chief Marshal Putti Mangkalaphruek for Lecture on Strategic Leadership

          Air Chief Marshal Putti Mangkalaphruek, former Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, graciously delivered a special lecture on the topic “Strategic Leadership” to the students of the Air War College, Class 60, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The objective of the lecture was to enhance strategic leadership capabilities and to impart moral principles and ethical values essential for future leadership. The session was well-aligned with the rapidly changing modern era, aiming to prepare the students for future roles as senior commanders of the Royal Thai Air Force.
