Privy Councillor Delivers a Special Lecture on “Leadership and Strategic-Level Management”

          Air Chief Marshal Johm Rungswang, Privy Councillor, graciously delivered a special lecture to the students of the Air War College, Class 60, on the topic “Leadership and Strategic-Level Management.” The lecture aimed to enable the students to gain knowledge and understanding of the application of leadership psychology and the principles of strategic-level management, which constitute essential responsibilities of leaders at the strategic level.

          The lecture was conducted on Wednesday 7 January 2026 10.00 - 12.oo hrs. at the Lecture Hall of the Air War College, Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force.
